Spotify Set to Launch Long-Awaited Hi-Fi Music Service

Spotify is finally preparing to roll out its long-anticipated high-fidelity music service, years after first announcing the feature in 2017, PhoneArena reports.

According to a Bloomberg report, the company is gearing up to introduce a new premium tier called “Music Pro,” which will offer high-quality audio along with AI-powered remixing tools and exclusive access to concert tickets.

Initially, users may have to pay an additional $5.99 per month on top of their existing subscription for this service, though the final pricing has yet to be confirmed. Spotify is currently finalizing agreements with major music companies and working on integrating concert ticket sales into the platform.

While the company has not officially announced the new service, it is expected to launch by 2025. Spotify is actively developing new features to attract subscribers and boost revenue.

At present, Apple Music, Amazon Music Unlimited, and Tidal already offer high-fidelity audio services, while SoundCloud provides remixing tools. However, with 675 million active users and over 250 million premium subscribers, Spotify remains one of the leading players in the audio streaming industry.

The Music Pro service will be introduced in phases, with new features added over time, promising an enhanced experience for music enthusiasts.
