Prime Bank, a listed company on the capital market, has entered into a strategic partnership with the Bangladesh Freelancer Development Society (BDFDS) to offer fast and hassle-free banking services to freelancers. Under the agreement, Prime Bank has launched a dedicated IVR line at its contact center specifically for BDFDS members, helping them quickly resolve any banking queries or service-related issues.

The signing ceremony was recently held at the corporate office of Prime Bank, located in Gulshan, Dhaka.

M. Nazim A. Chowdhury, Deputy Managing Director of Prime Bank, and Dr. Tanziba Rahman, Chairman of BDFDS, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations. Also present at the event were Ahmed Masudul Gani, Senior Vice President of Prime Bank, Jasim Uddin Joy, Senior Vice Chairman of BDFDS, along with other senior officials from both organizations.

On Saturday, Prime Bank announced that under this partnership, it would introduce the 'Prime Freelancer ERQ Account,' which will feature a free USD international debit card for the first year, no maintenance fees for account operations, and fully free internet banking services for freelancers.

Additionally, the account will offer an attractive interest rate, free first checkbook and debit card, and life insurance coverage. Prime Bank will also establish special service desks at selected branches (such as IBB Dilkusha, Mirpur-1, Uttara, Rajshahi, IBB OR Nizam Road, Agrabad, and Sylhet branches) to provide prioritized and faster services to BDFDS members.
