CUET and Asperia Healthcare Sign Service-Sharing MoU

Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET) and Asperia Healthcare Ltd. have entered into a two-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The agreement was signed at the CUET Syndicate Room on Monday afternoon, July 14.

On behalf of CUET, the MoU was signed by Registrar (Additional Charge) Professor Dr. Sheikh Mohammad Humayun Kabir, while Chairman Golam Baki Masud signed on behalf of Asperia Healthcare Ltd.

In the presence of CUET Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Mahmud Abdul Muttin Bhuiyan, the agreement outlines that CUET faculty, staff, and students will receive special discounts on a range of healthcare and diagnostic services provided by Asperia Healthcare Ltd. The collaboration is expected to ensure improved and affordable medical services for members of the CUET community.

Professor Dr. Nipu Kumar Dash, Head of the Department of Biomedical Engineering; Dr. Md. Saiful Islam, Deputy Director of the Directorate of Student Welfare and supervisor of CUET Medical Center operations; and Dr. Rajesh Deb, Medical Officer at CUET Medical Center were also present at the signing ceremony.

Representing Asperia Healthcare Ltd., the attendees included Chairman Golam Baki Masud, Director (Finance) Zahidul Islam, General Manager Ashok Pal, and Senior Executive Officer Muhammad Abdul Kaiyum.
