Genex Infosys and Grameenphone Schedule Board Meetings
Two publicly listed companies, Genex Infosys PLC and Grameenphone Limited, have announced the dates for their upcoming board meetings. According to information from the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), Genex Infosys will hold its board meeting on January 29 at 3:00 PM, while Grameenphone’s board meeting is scheduled for February 3 at 3:00 PM.
During these meetings, the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, will be reviewed. If approved by their respective boards, the companies will publish the financial reports.
