Bus Booking Boost: BdTickets Launches Unified Digital Ticketing Platform Ahead of Eid
Country’s largest ticket inventory platform, BdTickets, is now offering ticket booking services for all bus operators on a single platform. As a result, passengers can now purchase both outbound and return tickets from home with ease.
With Eid-ul-Adha approaching, pressure from homebound travelers is increasing across the capital and the rest of the country. Every year, passengers face difficulties securing tickets and arranging return journeys during Eid travel. To reduce this hassle, the digital service has been introduced and kept operational.
On Wednesday, 20 May, the platform said users can easily book tickets by selecting their preferred route, bus operator, and seat. This eliminates the need to stand in long queues at ticket counters.
The platform also offers instant ticket confirmation and 24-hour customer support services. BdTickets claims the system will help prevent ticket black marketing and excessive fare collection.
To make Eid travel easier, passengers can book tickets through the BdTickets app or website.
