bKash Boosts Integration with My Robi and My Airtel Apps
Customers can now enjoy seamless payments for talk-time, internet, and other services without using a PIN by linking their bKash accounts with the My Robi and My Airtel apps. Additionally, bKash has been added as a “Preferred Payment Partner” within both applications, enhancing user convenience.
Users can also purchase Robi’s ‘Easy Plan’ and Airtel’s ‘My Pack’ directly through the bKash app, offering more flexible payment and plan selection options.
Moreover, the My Robi app has recently introduced the option to open a bKash account directly from the app. Robi and Airtel users can now browse available plans in the Amar bKash section of the bKash app and select offers tailored to their needs from ‘Easy Plan’ and ‘My Pack’ respectively.
In a move to further simplify account access, Robi customers can now easily open a bKash account directly through the My Robi app. A dedicated “bKash Registration” icon is now available in the “Service” section of the app. By clicking this icon, users can begin the bKash registration process in just one tap. Following necessary verifications and consent, users can proceed with the registration and complete the e-KYC (electronic Know Your Customer) process through a few guided steps.
This enhanced partnership is expected to streamline digital financial services and provide more accessible mobile payment experiences for users of both networks.
