Banking on Bright Futures: UCB Graduates to Intern at Dhaka Bank
Graduates from Universal College Bangladesh (UCB) will now have the opportunity to intern and kickstart their careers at Dhaka Bank PLC, thanks to a recently signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the two institutions. The agreement was formalized at UCB’s headquarters on Gulshan Avenue, Dhaka, as announced on Thursday.
According to the statement, Sheikh Mohammad Maroof, Managing Director of Dhaka Bank PLC, and Manas Singh, Chief Executive of STS Group, representing Universal College Bangladesh, signed the MoU. Senior officials from both organizations were present at the signing ceremony.
Speaking on the occasion, Manas Singh, CEO of STS Group, said, “We are committed not only to providing world-class education but also to ensuring meaningful career opportunities for our students. Our partnership with Dhaka Bank PLC will bridge the gap between academia and industry, creating impactful connections. We are confident that this initiative will help students excel in their future professional journeys.”
