New application form for COVID Vaccine for the students who want to go abroad
Due to technical glitches, many students who wanted to go abroad could not apply for the COVID 19 vaccine in the Google form provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the last two days. The ministry has launched a new Google form, calling the incident undesirable. New forms can be found at this link.
Citing a source in a circular issued on July 13 (No. 19.00.0000.900.44.029.21-401) in this regard, the Ministry of External Affairs said that the Google form was distributed to collect applications for the COVID-19 vaccine for students wishing to go abroad. It has been decided to change that link due to a technical error. Besides, all other terms and conditions of the said circular will remain unchanged. Applicants who failed to apply to the form on 21 and 22 July 2021 and contacted [email protected] via this email are requested to re-apply to this modified Google form.
Instructions for subsequent applicants will be the same as in the circular except for the new Google form.
