17th teacher registration result published online
The Non-government Teachers’ Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA) released the final results of the 17th teacher registration on the website after 10 pm on Thursday (December 28). The results are being communicated by SMS on the mobile number provided by the candidates at the time of application as well as on the NTRCA website and the respective website of Teletalk.
23 thousand 985 people have passed this year's exam.
On Thursday (December 28) night, NTRCA Chairman (Additional Duties) SM Masudur Rahman signed the notification announcing the results.
According to the notification, 26 thousand 242 candidates passed the written examination of the 17th teacher registration on May 5 and 6. Out of the candidates who cleared the written test, 25,240 appeared for the oral test.
23 thousand 985 candidates have finally passed the viva; while 1 thousand 255 candidates could not pass.
On the other hand, NTRCA will request the Ministry of Education to relax the age in the fifth public notification for those who will be over 35 years of age. Candidates will get some age relaxation if approved by the Ministry.
17th registration notification published in January 2020. The preliminary exam was held on 30th and 31st December 2022. 1 lakh 51 thousand candidates passed in it.
The viva started on September 24 this year.
