The undergraduate admission tests for Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST) ‘A’ and ‘B’ units were conducted smoothly at Jessore University of Science and Technology (JUST). The Vice-Chancellor of JUST, Professor Dr. Md. Abdul Majid, along with the university’s Treasurer, Professor Dr. Hossain Al Mamun, and the examination center coordinator, inspected the examination venues alongside the visiting faculty representatives from SUST.

Following the inspection, Professor Dr. Md. Abdul Majid expressed his gratitude, stating, "I extend my sincere thanks to the faculty, officers, and staff of the university who contributed to the successful and seamless completion of the admission test. I also express my gratitude to the security personnel, including civil, paramilitary, and intelligence agencies, as well as the volunteers. Additionally, I appreciate SUST for selecting our university as an admission test center for the first time."

The coordinator of the JUST center and Dean of the Faculty of Applied Science and Technology, Professor Dr. Shirin Nigar, remarked, "The admission test was conducted in an excellent manner. I extend my appreciation to everyone involved in ensuring a fair and organized examination. The attendance rate of candidates for the SUST admission test was satisfactory."

At 11:00 AM, the ‘B’ unit admission test was held, where 3,058 students were registered, but 2,556 candidates appeared for the test, marking an attendance rate of 83.58%. Later, at 3:00 PM, the ‘A’ unit admission test took place, with 3,793 registered candidates, of whom 3,037 were present, resulting in an attendance rate of 80.07%. No untoward incidents were reported during the examination.

To facilitate the commuting of candidates, JUST arranged shuttle bus services from Palpara in Jessore city. Additionally, various student clubs, organizations, and district-based associations provided assistance to the candidates throughout the examination process.
