Robi Rolls Out Free Data Access for NBR e-Return Filing
Capital market–listed mobile operator Robi Axiata has introduced a special facility allowing its customers to access the National Board of Revenue (NBR) e-return filing website without any data charges.
According to the operator, this initiative aims to make the process of filing income tax returns online easier and more convenient for users.
On Tuesday, November 4, Robi’s Head of Media and Communications, Shamim Ahmed, stated that the initiative is designed “to encourage customers to submit their e-returns and foster a positive culture of tax compliance.” He added that the free data facility will remain available throughout the official e-return filing period.
In addition, to assist customers with the tax payment and e-return submission process, Robi has released educational content across its various digital platforms.
“Robi believes that these initiatives will make the e-return filing process easier, more transparent, and more efficient for customers—enabling them to fulfill their tax obligations smoothly and without complications,” Shamim Ahmed added.
