CHT Ministry Holds Workshop on National Dashboard Implementation

A two-day training workshop on implementing the National Dashboard has been held at the Ministry of Chittagong Hill Tracts Affairs as part of efforts to strengthen data-driven governance and digital administration.

The workshop, held on May 23 and 24, was jointly organized by the ministry and a2i. A total of 19 officials from different wings of the ministry participated in the training sessions.

The ministry’s Secretary Mohammad Mizanur Rahman attended the event as chief guest, while Additional Secretary (Administration) Md. Monirul Islam chaired the workshop.

During the sessions, Senior Consultant (Data) of a2i Md. Anwarul Arif Khan presented the core concepts, practical applications, and implementation process of the National Dashboard in detail. The sessions were facilitated by Junior Consultant of a2i Md. Ashraful Islam.

As part of the hands-on training, participants worked with identified service indicators and administrative datasets to build interactive dashboards by visualizing data from different wings of the ministry.

Officials gained practical insights into how dashboard systems can be used to monitor administrative activities, evaluate project progress, and support faster data-driven decision-making within the ministry.
