Addressing the young generation, State Minister for ICT Division Zunaid Ahmed Palak also said, the young minds are the torchbearer of future progress. I believe that more university students will take part in the 2022 International Blockchain Olympiad.
The State Minister for ICT Division Zunaid Ahmed Palak made this remark while delivering his speech of the 3-day International Blockchain Olympiad, 2021 inaugural session held in Bangladesh for the first time at the ICT in the capital on Wednesday.
He further said, Bangladesh has excellent prospects of attracting foreign investments through blockchain technology. It can be one of the investment sectors in Bangladesh.
Planning Minister M A Mannan attended this three-day contest program as the chief guest while the President of Hong Kong Blockchain Society Dr. Lawrence Ma, The CEO of the Global Blockchain Business Council Ms. Sandra Ro and the Convener of the BCOLBD were joined virtually at the event.
The Additional Secretary of ICT Division Dr Khandoker Azizul Islam & distinguished Professor of CSE of BRAC University Dr. Mohammad Kaykobad also attended the program.
The Olympiad is jointly organized by the ICT Division, Bangladesh Computer Council, Blockchain Olympiad Bangladesh (BCOLBD) and Technohaven Company Ltd.
