Scope to see timely comments on YouTube

According to Android Police, the YouTube feature is similar to SoundCloud. Users will see comments made on specific parts of a video at that particular time during the video.
After the streaming of a YouTube live video is over, the new feature will look a lot like the chat section when viewing it. This makes it easier to find the discussed or criticized part of a video and see what has been commented on.
Since the feature is in a trial version, it is only open to a few videos and a small number of users. However, it is not known exactly when the feature will be available to everyone.
