REHAB Fair 2024 Concludes with Attractive Offers and Positive Response
The REHAB Fair 2024 is set to conclude on Friday, December 27. This five-day event began on December 23 at the Bangabandhu International Conference Center (BICC) in Agargaon, Dhaka, featuring a total of 220 stalls. To attract buyers, real estate companies have offered various enticing deals, including free MacBook Air laptops, iPhones, Royal Enfield bikes, air conditioners, and even Dhaka-to-Thailand flight tickets or opportunities for Umrah with plot or flat bookings and down payments.
In addition to real estate companies, banks, financial institutions, and construction materials companies also showcased their products and services at the fair.
Asian Group offered a free MacBook Air along with a 30% discount on one-time bookings. Sheltech announced special offers worth up to 2.5 million BDT and provided opportunities for customers to win iPhones or PlayStation 5 consoles through spot bookings.
City Bank introduced cashback of up to 75,000 BDT and zero percent loan processing fees, while Dhaka Bank offered loans with a tenure of up to 25 years. The bank facilitated loans up to 20 million BDT, covering 70% of the property value. Eastern Bank provided term loans of up to 250 million BDT for the construction, purchase, or expansion of commercial and residential properties. Dutch-Bangla Bank offered loans of up to 20 million BDT for purposes such as new or renovated residential construction.
REHAB Senior Vice-President Liaquat Ali Bhuiyan stated that this year’s fair has received an excellent response from linkage institutions compared to previous years. He anticipated a surge in buyers and visitors on the fair's final day, coinciding with the weekend, making the event more successful in addressing challenges in the real estate sector.

Since 2001, REHAB has been organizing housing fairs in Dhaka. This is the 26th fair held in the capital and the 15th in Chattogram. Additionally, since 2004, REHAB has hosted housing fairs abroad, contributing to foreign currency earnings through these events.
