Labour Ministry launched a hotline- 16357 to listen to the complaints and grievances of workers
The Ministry of Labor and Employment has launched a helpline to report grievances and complaints of workers. They can file their grievances by calling a toll free number.
On Thursday (September 12) an instruction in this regard has been given by the Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Labor and Employment.
In a message from the ministry, it is said that, the workers can inform the government about all kinds of complaints related to labor including their anger, dissatisfaction and grievances by calling a helpline number. The number is 16357.
