To advance technological and scientific awareness, engage students in biomedical research, and deliver public health initiatives, Cancer Care and Research Trust Bangladesh (CCRTB) has initiated the formation of a 'Campus Chapter' at Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU).
Announced on Tuesday (October 20, 2026), the trust opened online membership applications for interested BAU students. The submission deadline is set for October 23, 2026.
The initiative aims to build early awareness regarding early-stage cancer detection, promote evidence-based oncology research, and cultivate interdisciplinary health-tech collaboration among students.
Selected chapter members will gain practical experience in organizing digital health awareness campaigns, participating in expert-led research seminars, developing scientific writing and health media skills, and managing health technology projects. Furthermore, the platform facilitates direct networking with leading medical researchers and healthcare professionals.
