Runner Group Teams Up With Togumgu for Employee Wellbeing
Automobile company Runner Group has signed a corporate agreement with Togumgu Private Limited to strengthen employee welfare initiatives.
Under the agreement, more than 1,000 employees of Runner Group will gain access to a range of wellbeing support services offered by Togumgu, including parenting support and mental health counselling.
The agreement was signed on Wednesday, January 14, at Runner Group’s head office. The signing ceremony was attended by Kazi Mohammad Jafar Sadeq, Chief Human Resources Officer of Runner Group, and Dr Nazmul Arefin Momel, Chief Executive Officer of Togumgu Private Limited.
Also present from Runner Group were Sheikh Md Ishtiaq Alam, Manager, Learning and OD; Malvika Mahfuz, HR Business Partner; and Farzana Afrin, Manager, Compensation and Benefits.
Representing Togumgu were Rakib Hasan, Assistant Manager, Business Development, and Tahmina Rahman, Vice President, Content.
