Gigabyte Gears Up with Gaming-Grade QHD Monitor

To meet the demands of the new generation of gamers, Gigabyte has launched a 27-inch QHD monitor featuring gaming-supported functions. The MO27Q28G model, equipped with a fourth-generation WOLED panel, was introduced in the global market and is claimed to consume 20 percent less power than conventional monitors, without compromising on brightness for images or videos. The monitor will soon be available in the Bangladeshi market.

On Wednesday, October 1, Gigabyte Bangladesh Country Manager Khaja Md. Anas Khan told the media: “With advanced thermal management and a powerful feature set, the Gigabyte MO27Q28G gaming monitor will ensure long-term reliability. It has already been launched in the global market and will soon be available in Bangladesh through Gigabyte’s sole distributor, Smart Technologies (BD) Ltd.”

The newly released monitor comes with a maximum refresh rate of 280Hz and a response time of just 0.03 milliseconds. Its four-side borderless design provides a 99% screen-to-body ratio. The HDR peak brightness reaches 1,500 nits, while the display supports 99.5% DCI-P3 and 84% BT.2020 wide color gamut coverage. In addition, the monitor is certified with VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500.
