Speaking to journalists during a brand outlet inauguration on Monday (October 19, 2026), the actress expanded on her initial response, which was broadcast earlier via Facebook Live on Saturday (October 17, 2026).
Reflecting on recurring public challenges, Pori Moni remarked, "I feel it is written in my fate—trouble will persist, and I will navigate through it. I have accepted it, and I enjoy it." Expressing gratitude for the widespread public support regarding her vocal stance against cyber abuse, she added, "When everyone honors my courage, I gain even more courage. It makes me feel I am on the right path."
Emphasizing the threat posed by malicious AI technologies targeting women, she expressed grave concern over digital exploitation. Clarifying her delayed reaction, she stated, "The matter is extremely sensitive. Someone like me shouldn't even pay attention to it. For the first three or four days, I ignored it completely. But when I saw it could no longer be avoided, I decided to speak out."
Highlighting the severe mental toll such non-consensual deepfake content inflicts on ordinary women, she warned, "If this happened to an ordinary girl, many might even commit suicide out of distress—we frequently see such news. Therefore, taking a strong vocal stand against this is imperative."
