Supercell Car Bazaar Opens at ICCB

‘Supercell Car Bazaar’ has been inaugurated at International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB) in Dhaka, creating a weekly marketplace for the buying and selling of new, reconditioned and used vehicles.

The initiative has been jointly organised by Wizard Showbiz and ICCB. The car bazaar will be held every Friday, bringing buyers and sellers together at a single venue.

On 4 September, Friday, the weekly car bazaar was inaugurated at ICCB by Tanvir Bashundhara Group (TBG) Managing Director Ahmed Ibrahim Sobhan. Also present were BARVIDA Secretary General Riaz Rahman, Wizard Showbiz CEO Arifuzzaman Russell, ICCB Chief Operating Officer M M Jasim Uddin and prominent figures from Bangladesh’s automobile sector.

Senior officials of the organising companies, car traders, representatives of banks and financial institutions, representatives of various automobile and biking communities, and other stakeholders also attended the event.

Chief Guest Ahmed Ibrahim Sobhan said, ‘Supercell Car Bazaar is going to be an international-standard, transparent and convenient platform for buyers and sellers, offering an opportunity to inspect new, reconditioned and used vehicles under one roof, alongside easy financing facilities.’

The organisers said the primary objective of the initiative is to establish a reliable platform for vehicle transactions in a modern and secure environment. The bazaar is also expected to contribute to a more dynamic automobile market by creating direct communication between vehicle owners and prospective buyers.

A key feature of Supercell Car Bazaar is the availability of financial information alongside vehicle transactions. Buyers will be able to directly communicate with representatives of various banks and financial institutions to learn about auto loans, vehicle financing and other financial facilities.

According to the organisers, the bazaar will be held every Friday at the ICCB premises from 10am to 7pm.

Prospective buyers will be able to view vehicles from different brands and models at the same location and select vehicles according to their preferences. Sellers will also have an opportunity to present their vehicles directly to potential buyers.

The organisers expect Supercell Car Bazaar to soon establish itself as one of Dhaka’s popular automobile marketplaces for vehicle enthusiasts, buyers and sellers.
