GPH Steel Secures Strategic PwC Partnership to Strengthen ERP Capabilities

One of the country’s leading publicly listed steel manufacturers, GPH Steel Limited, has officially signed a strategic partnership agreement with global consulting firm PwC to further enhance its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) capabilities. Through this agreement, the company’s ‘SAP S/4HANA’ system will receive long-term maintenance and support, marking a significant milestone in GPH Steel’s ongoing digital transformation journey.

The information was disclosed in a press release issued by the company on Tuesday, March 31.

Under this partnership, PwC will provide comprehensive ERP maintenance and support services for GPH Steel’s SAP S/4HANA platform. This will ensure uninterrupted system operations, optimization, and continuous improvement. As a next-generation ERP system, it offers real-time data processing and advanced analytics capabilities, enabling the company to make faster and more accurate decisions. Through this collaboration, GPH Steel aims to increase operational efficiency, streamline business processes, and strengthen system reliability.

The agreement signing ceremony was attended on behalf of GPH Steel Limited by Group CFO H M Ashraf Uz Zaman FCA, Chief Operating Officer T Mohan Babu, Director of Strategy and Transformation Salehin Mushfiq Sadaf, Deputy General Manager Finance Pronab Chowdhury, and members of the ICT team. Representing PwC were Country Managing Partner Shams Zaman, Director Advisory Rumesa Hossain, Manager One Consulting Mahamudul Hasan, and Manager Advisory Corporate Md. Mozammel Haque.
