Postal Password Problems: EC Urges Voters to Call Helpline
The Election Commission (EC) has urged registered voters to contact its call centre to resolve password-related issues with the Postal Vote BD app.
To facilitate the process, the EC has launched four hotline and WhatsApp numbers, which will provide round-the-clock service, seven days a week, the commission said.
The appeal was made through an in-app notice issued on Thursday, 15 January.
According to the notice, voters facing difficulties in resetting passwords on the Postal Vote BD app are requested to contact the designated call centre numbers. The call centre remains operational 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

A total of 1,533,683 voters have registered to cast their votes through postal ballots in the upcoming election scheduled for 12 February. Registered voters will cast their ballots between 21 and 25 January and return them by post.
