Xiaomi Secures Staff Safety with Strategic MetLife Partnership
Xiaomi Technologies Bangladesh Private Limited has signed an agreement with MetLife Bangladesh to ensure insurance coverage for its employees. Under the new arrangement, Xiaomi staff in Bangladesh will receive insurance benefits in cases of critical illness, accidents, maternity, disability, and loss of life.
Xiaomi has chosen MetLife as its insurance partner owing to the insurer’s consistent success in claim settlement, customized insurance solutions, advanced digital dashboard, cashless outpatient and ambulance services, as well as its strong financial capacity to process claims swiftly and efficiently.
The agreement was signed recently at the headquarters of Xiaomi Technologies Bangladesh Private Limited. Present at the signing ceremony were Ziauddin Chowdhury, Country Manager of Xiaomi Technologies Bangladesh; Naufel Anwar, Chief Marketing Officer of MetLife Bangladesh; Mohammad Kamruzzaman, Chief Corporate Business Officer of MetLife Bangladesh; along with other senior officials from both organizations.
