He said that while Reve Chat's chatbot platform is especially suitable for large companies, any small or medium enterprise can use it to answer customer questions more easily. This chatbot has a simple visual builder and template, allowing anyone to customize it to their company's needs. This chatbot can be used in financial institutions, e-commerce and retail, health, insurance, telecom, customer support, education, tourism, real estate, etc. Rezaul Hasan said, “In the aftermath of the pandemic, there is a huge demand for artificial intelligence and chatbots among our clients to automate customer support and lead generation. With the help of chatbot, any brand or organization can provide any service to their customer quickly and instantly. The quality of this service is better than at any time in the past. As a result, the overall experience of a customer is as good as the cost of the organization is reduced a lot. Several of Bangladesh's top brands are also using Reve Chat to provide customer services.
