After receiving a hat-trick award from Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina for the 'Digital Polli' initiative on Digital Bangladesh Day, e-CAB is going to hold a domestic football tournament. Eight teams are participating in this seven-a-side group stage tournament with the courtesy of the Ohsogo brand.
In the one-day tournament, each team is carrying the flag of their division, keeping the local tradition in focus. Mohammad Sahabuddin's
Chattogram Mezban will compete against Mohammad Abdul Waheed Tamal's
Dhaka Bakarkhani in the first match of the tournament at Banani's RAJUK ground in the capital on Tuesday afternoon.

In the second match, Mohammad Ilmul Haque's
Sylhet Satkara will fight against Asif Ahnaf's
Rangpur Haribhanga. In the next match, Syeda Ambareen Reza’s
Barisal Ilish and Shahriar Hassan's
Rajshahi Kalai will face each other.
Nasima Akhter Nisha's
Mymensingh Manda will compete with Md Saidur Rahman's
Khulna Chui Jhal in the last match. Each team will play three matches in the group stage.
The champions and runners-up of the two groups will compete for the title in the semi-final stage. In the evening, in the presence of e-CAB President Shomi Kaiser, e-CAB Advisory Member of Parliament Nahim Razzak and Bangabandhu Memorial Museum Curator Md Nazrul Islam Khan will hand over the prizes to the winners.
