BIRA Wins BCS Esports Championship Award
The winners of the 'BCS Esports Championship DDIIXPO-2026' were awarded at a grand ceremony held on Saturday, April 4, at the BCS Innovation Center in the capital. This gaming competition was organized as part of the Digital Device & Innovation Expo 2026.
BCS President Mohammad Zahirul Islam, as the chief guest, presented the awards to the winners. Also present were the organization's Vice President Md. Wahidul Hasan Dipu, Secretary General Muhammad Monirul Islam, other members of the executive committee, and Abu Tuhin Chowdhury, CEO of Justech Solutions.
In the popular ‘Valorant’ gaming category, ‘Team All-Stars’ clinched the championship title. ‘Team Ryusei Tridents Helrift’ became the runner-up, and ‘Team XLE Esports’ secured the third position. Udit Deb Uchchwas was named the MVP in this category.
In the FIFA gaming tournament, Sifat Ahmed emerged as the champion, while Irfan Wasit Khan was the runner-up. In e-football gaming, Tanvir Shahriar claimed the first position, and Yasir Purna secured the second.
At the award ceremony, Instinct Productions was specially honored for their overall management of the esports tournament. BCS leaders highlighted the importance of such events in their speeches for the development of the country's gaming sector and the creativity of young people. Representatives from sponsoring organizations and a large number of gamers were present at the event.
