bKash Enables Installment Payments for Metal Motors’ Agricultural Vehicles
Installment payments for mechanized agricultural vehicles purchased from Metal Motors can now be made through bKash at nearby agent points. The payments are directly deposited as electronic money (e-money) into Metal’s account. Industry stakeholders believe this will reduce financial management risks at the field level and make the entire transaction process more time- and cost-efficient.
On Saturday, April 4, bKash announced that to make the installment collection process for field-level sales easier and safer, a new agreement has recently been signed between bKash and Metal Motors Limited. The signing ceremony took place at Metal’s head office, attended by the company’s Managing Director Sadid Jamil, Directors Sarah Jamil and Sad Jamil, CEO Md. Mizanur Rahman, as well as bKash’s Chief Commercial Officer Ali Ahmed, Head of Business Sales Mashrur Chowdhury, and General Manager of Business Sales Md. Somel Reza Khan, along with other senior officials from both organizations.
According to the authorities, by using bKash’s ‘Cash Collection Solution,’ leading companies in telecom, cement, beverage, lifestyle, food, and pharmaceuticals have already been able to make their field-level financial management more seamless, transparent, and secure.
