8 enterprises got allotment  in Joy Silicon Tower

A 10-storey Joy Silicon Tower has been built at the bank of river Padma in Rajshahi. On Thursday, space in the tower has been allocated to 8 enterprises. State Minister for Information and Communication Technology Zunaid Ahmed Palak handed over the documents of allotment of space to the concerned people during the inauguration of the three-day 'Startup Camp' at Sheikh Kamal IT Training and Incubation Center in Rajshahi. This document was received by the leaders of MD Infotech, Business Automation Limited, Fleet Bangladesh, Women in e-Commerce - WE, Real IT, Chaldal and ShopUp. After that, the state minister inaugurated the web app of Start up selgari Management Platform in Rajshahi under Student to Startup. Earlier, while inaugurating the 'Startup Camp' at the same venue as part of a three-day startup camp at each location as part of year-round mentoring, Palak expressed hope that the startups would lead Bangladesh's ICT industry in the fourth industrial revolution. Highlights the development statistics of startup companies in the country. The function was presided over by Hi-Tech Park Authority Managing Director Dr. Bikarna Kumar Ghosh and was attended by officials of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Hi-Tech Park, Rajshahi Project Director AKM Fazlul Haque and Deputy Director Mahfuzul Kabir and other officials of Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park. The three-day program will have a total of 12 sessions as well as 3 survey sessions for each startup. A personalized incubation program will be conducted through a 6-month curriculum as required by startups. The workshop will be conducted by public and private mentors including Md. Mahdi-uz Zaman, Amazon's startup and solution architect.
