Global smart life consumer electronics brand itel has launched a special 180-day replacement warranty offer for feature phone users in Bangladesh to make the upcoming Eid celebrations more enjoyable.

Under the new offer, any itel feature handset purchased from May 20, 2026, onward will qualify for a full replacement if it develops any manufacturing-related technical or hardware defect within the first six months of purchase. Customers will receive a completely new smartphone or handset in exchange.

The company said the initiative has been introduced to strengthen its reputation in Bangladesh’s affordable mobile phone market while ensuring faster and hassle-free after-sales service for customers.

According to itel, the new 180-day replacement facility will be offered alongside the brand’s existing one-year standard warranty service.

The replacement coverage includes manufacturing defects such as failure to power on, display issues, charging problems, speaker or microphone malfunctions, SIM or network-related faults, and keypad defects.

To claim the service, customers must visit their nearest Carlcare service center with the defective handset, purchase receipt, and the original box containing the device’s IMEI number. After verification, customers will receive a replacement handset on the same day.

However, the replacement facility will not apply to devices damaged due to accidental drops, water exposure, or unauthorized repairs.
