Grameenphone Gears Up Partnership with Titas Gas

Grameenphone has become a corporate partner of Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution PLC to provide exclusive voice and internet services for the company’s employees.

Khondkar Riaz Rahman, Head of Armed Forces, Energy Sector, and Strategic Business at Grameenphone, and Md Lutful Hayder Masum, Company Secretary of Titas Gas, signed the corporate agreement at the Titas Gas headquarters in Karwan Bazar, Dhaka.

Present at the signing ceremony were Dr Asif Naimur Rashid, Chief Business Officer of Grameenphone, and Shahnewaz Parvez, Managing Director of Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution PLC.

Also in attendance were Nurul Ferdous Mussanna, Head of Government and Strategic Business; Md Mahmudur Rahman, Strategic Account Manager of Government and Strategic Business; and Ripon Kumar Pal, Head of Infrastructure and Adjacent Business from Grameenphone. Representing Titas Gas were Syeda Atia Bilquis, General Manager of the General Services Division; Engineer Kazi Mohammad Saeedul Hasan, General Manager of Operations Division; and Engineer Md Siddiqur Rahman, General Manager of ICT Division, along with other senior officials from both companies.

The agreement was announced through a press release issued by Grameenphone on Wednesday, October 22.
