Great opportunities await in IT career in Japan

Hiruasu Hirayama, Chairman of GloBiz BD Limited, emphasized the importance of young people learning Japanese with technology skills, commenting that there are many great job opportunities for Bangladeshis in Japan's IT sector.

He gave this advice at the opening ceremony of the Japanese language level test Top-J, a joint initiative of Asia Foundation, Japan and GloBiz BD, at Ascot Residence in the Baridhara Diplomatic Zone of the capital on Sunday, May 5th.

While speaking as the President at the event, Hiruasu Hirayama said that, Japan will need a lot of workforces by 2030. In this case, skilled people from different countries will occupy those positions. It is also a great opportunity for Bangladeshis.

He said, apart from the ICT sector, these people will be taken in various sectors including nursing care, engineering, ship building. But in this case, there is no alternative to learning Japanese.

Hisako Kawaguchi, executive director of Asia Foundation for International Scholarship, was present as the chief guest on the occasion.

Founder VC of Asian University of Bangladesh Professor Dr. Abul Hasan Sadek and DC (Traffic) of Gazipur Metropolitan Police Md. Alamgir Hossain and others were also present at the event.
