Grameenphone and Radiant Pharmaceuticals Forge Strategic Partnership

In a move to drive innovation, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure superior customer service, leading telecommunication provider Grameenphone has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Radiant Pharmaceuticals, a key player in the pharmaceutical sector.

The agreement was formalized at a ceremony held at a hotel in Dhaka, where Grameenphone’s Chief Business Officer (CBO) Dr. Asif Naimur Rashid and Radiant Pharmaceuticals’ Managing Director Lieutenant General (Retd.) Sinha Ibne Jamali signed the deal.

According to a press release from Grameenphone, “Under this strategic collaboration, Grameenphone and Radiant Pharmaceuticals will integrate advanced digital solutions to streamline business operations, enhance communication, and enrich customer experiences.”

The statement further added, “The partnership will leverage cutting-edge ICT, Grameenphone’s ‘Alo’ IoT products, and mobility solutions. This will simplify processes, boost efficiency, and enable the introduction of innovative digital services tailored to meet the evolving needs of the industry and enhance overall customer satisfaction.”

Describing the alliance as a “significant milestone” for both sectors, the release noted that the collaboration aims to usher in a new era of innovation in the industrial landscape while unlocking new opportunities for strategic growth.

Speaking on the occasion, Md. Naser Shahriar Zahedi, Chairman of Radiant Pharmaceuticals, said, “Our partnership with Grameenphone marks a significant step towards embracing digital services in the pharmaceutical industry. With access to advanced technology, we can now streamline our operations, improve connectivity, and offer enhanced services.”
