Tesla’s charging network open to other companies as well

For the first time, Tesla has opened a charging network for another company's electric car. The facility was piloted in the Netherlands. The world's most expensive carmaker is believed to have taken the initiative to bring electric cars to the forefront. News Reuters. Tesla said in a statement that the pilot program would be tested at 10 locations in the Netherlands. Drivers who do not own a Tesla car will be able to access the Tesla station or supercharger through the Tesla app. The statement added that Tesla drivers will also be able to use those stations. Every place will be supervised by the company. Tesla currently operates at least 25,000 superchargers worldwide. On the other hand, seeing the demand for new electric cars, other car manufacturers have formed alliances or invested in startups that have a network.
