With the vision of developing skilled, future-ready, and ethically grounded leaders for the country's corporate sector, the 'CEO Factory Leadership Summit-2026' has concluded successfully. The day-long, prestigious summit was held on Friday at the seminar hall of the M. Mahbub Uz Zaman Academy Building at Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University (SAU). As a pioneering platform in Bangladesh, the event brought together top-tier corporate executives, budding entrepreneurs, academics, media professionals, researchers, and university students. Running from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, the grand gathering served as a highly productive bridge between experienced leaders and the youth.

Organized by CEO Factory, the summit facilitated in-depth discussions on contemporary challenges and prospects in the global corporate arena. Key sessions focused on leadership development, strategic planning, practical applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI), corporate communication, brand development, modern media management, marketing strategies, and organizational efficiency. Speakers placed heavy emphasis on adaptation strategies within today's fast-evolving technological landscape.

A major highlight of the summit was a specialized training session titled 'Agribusiness, Strategy, Reporting, and Public Welfare,' conducted by prominent agriculturist Md. Bashirul Islam. Highlighting the critical role of leadership in sustainable agricultural growth, he noted that modern agribusiness management and data-driven decision-making are vital today. He also stressed the importance of agricultural journalism in portraying real ground scenarios and driving public welfare.

Other interactive sessions throughout the day were spearheaded by industry experts including D Z M Mizanur Rahman, S. M. Akash, Dr. Islam Shafiq, Md. Kazi Mohiuddin, Munaf Mujib Chowdhury, Dr. Shariful Islam Dulu, and Abir Shawkat. The speakers collectively underscored the optimized utilization of digital technologies to foster a positive workplace culture and institutional excellence.

The closing ceremony was graced by Independence Award-winning academician and Dhaka University Supernumerary Professor Dr. Sukomal Barua as the chief guest. Addressing the youth, he emphasized that business success alone is not enough; rather, knowledge, ethics, and human values in leadership are what truly transform a society. Speaking as the Guest of Honor, Professor Dr. Dipu Siddiquee, Dean of Royal University, mentioned that the summit provided a rare bridge for students to connect directly with established CEOs, effectively narrowing the gap between academic education and industry expectations.

The event was presided over by D Z M Mizanur Rahman, President of CEO Factory. In his concluding remarks, he stated, "Our core mission is to cultivate visionary and welfare-oriented leadership within the national corporate sector." Following the discussions, a colorful cake-cutting ceremony took place to celebrate the first anniversary of CEO Factory. Later, honorary awards were presented to distinguished figures including Prof. Dr. Sukomal Barua, S. M. Akash, Dr. Islam Shafiq, Prof. Dr. Dipu Siddiquee, Jahangir Alam, Rafiqul Islam Roli, Raju Ahmed, and Tarequzzaman Khan. The summit drew to a close with certificate distribution among the participants in a festive environment.
