Prime Bank Fintech Secures Approval to Launch Mobile Financial Service

Prime Bank Fintech Limited, a subsidiary of Prime Bank PLC, has received approval from the central bank to operate Mobile Financial Services (MFS) in the country, paving the way for the official launch of its own MFS brand.

Announcing the approval on Tuesday (17 March), the company stated that it aims to foster a collaborative market environment beyond conventional competition, prioritizing financial awareness and inclusive growth. Through digital security and user-friendly services, it seeks to establish itself as a “digital guardian” for customers.

According to sources, Prime Bank Fintech Limited will operate its Mobile Financial Services under a distinct brand identity. As part of preparations for the official launch, the company will work closely with regulatory authorities, partners, and all concerned stakeholders to ensure service quality, compliance, and a seamless customer experience.
