Palestinian supporters downgraded Facebook
Many people recently have complained that Facebook is removing any post in support of Palestine. Even social media is imposing various restrictions on the accounts of many. And for all these reasons, these people are not satisfied with Facebook. Facebook is now facing the consequence. News Engadget.
The recent changes in the rating of Facebook apps in Apple's App Store and Google's Play Store are quite noticeable. Activist Palestinian supporters have downgraded both apps, in opposition to Facebook's institutional policy on the Palestine-Israel issue.
Facebook has already received millions of reviews of the lowest rating (One Star). In these reviews, many have complained against Facebook that the social media is not allowing them to speak out against the Israeli aggression.
While denying allegations of censorship of users, Facebook notified as it was taking the recent issue seriously. Facebook is working to remove harmful content and correct misinformation only.
The Apple App Store and Google Play Store, however, do not interfere with app reviews. It is learned that Facebook has requested the two stores to remove this one-star review. However, Apple did not agree to remove them. But, Google did not say yet what the answer would be.
