Leading power and engineering company Energypac has unveiled an ambitious growth strategy focused on expanding its presence in electric mobility, energy storage and industrial infrastructure while introducing a new revenue-based financial restructuring framework.

The company announced its long-term business roadmap and financial strategy during an executive meeting with senior officials from banks and financial institutions at Gulshan Club in Dhaka.

Under the theme "Growth for Goodness," Energypac outlined plans to increase production capacity, improve operational efficiency and expand its market presence across its core business segments.

Speaking at the event, Engineer Robiul Alam, Chairman of Energypac Power Generation PLC, and Managing Director and CEO Humayun Rashid said the company will expand its operations in light commercial vehicles (LCVs), electric buses, bulk and bottled LPG, substations and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). The company also plans to invest further in industrial infrastructure projects.

Chief Financial Officer Md. Aminur Rahman Khan presented the company's new financial restructuring strategy, branded as "River Wave." The strategy is built around a Revenue-Based Financing (RBF) model aimed at accelerating revenue-driven growth, optimizing costs and maximizing production efficiency through data-driven Six Sigma methodologies.

The strategy also focuses on improving working capital management, reallocating underutilized assets, reducing liabilities and strengthening positive cash flow.

According to Aminur Rahman Khan, the River Wave framework is designed to establish a stronger financial foundation and achieve sustainable profitability through disciplined financial management and close collaboration with banking and financial partners.

Energypac said the new initiatives will strengthen its core businesses while reinforcing its commitment to supporting Bangladesh's industrial transformation through innovative engineering solutions and advanced energy technologies.
