Free Freelancing Training for Youth Across 48 Districts

A three-month freelancing training program is being offered free of cost to aspiring young men and women across 48 districts in Bangladesh. Each participant will receive a stipend of BDT 200 per day, along with morning snacks, lunch, and evening refreshments. Upon successful completion, trainees will be awarded certificates as per standard procedure.
Eligible districts include:
Dhaka Division – Narayanganj, Manikganj, Narsingdi, Munshiganj, Kishoreganj, Tangail, Faridpur
Mymensingh Division – Mymensingh, Jamalpur, Netrokona
Chattogram Division – Chattogram, Cox’s Bazar, Bandarban, Khagrachari, Rangamati, Noakhali, Feni, Brahmanbaria
Rajshahi Division – Chapainawabganj, Naogaon, Natore, Bogura, Joypurhat, Pabna, Sirajganj
Khulna Division – Khulna, Satkhira, Bagerhat, Jashore, Jhenaidah, Magura, Chuadanga, Meherpur, Kushtia
Rangpur Division – Rangpur, Kurigram, Lalmonirhat, Gaibandha, Nilphamari, Dinajpur, Panchagarh
Barishal Division – Barishal, Jhalakathi, Pirojpur, Patuakhali, Barguna
Sylhet Division – Habiganj, Moulvibazar
Currently, registration is open for the third batch of this course. Although the classes will be conducted offline, interested candidates can register online through the provided link. The last date for application is June 12.
To apply, candidates must have at least completed higher secondary education and be aged 35 or below. A written test will be held on June 17, followed by a viva voce on June 19, after which the final list of selected candidates will be announced. Applicants will be notified of the exam time and venue via SMS.
Classes for the selected participants will begin on July 1 and continue until September 30, held six days a week. Each day will consist of 8 hours of instruction, totaling 600 hours across 75 sessions.
This initiative is being implemented by E-Learning and Earning Limited under the supervision of the Department of Youth Development, which operates under the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
