Walton’s Wearable Wonder: TICK AMX13 Smartwatch Launched

Walton Digi-Tech Industries Limited, a Bangladeshi electronics and tech brand, has introduced its smartwatches to the domestic market under the new TICK brand. On Saturday, the company announced the launch of its "AMX13" (TICK AMX13) model smartwatch.

According to Walton, the advanced device offers real-time monitoring of heart rate, stress levels, sleep patterns, respiration rate, HRV, and PPG blood pressure. Equipped with a smart assistant, the smartwatch also features message and call alerts, goal reminders, water and sleep reminders, remote camera control, music control, calculator, games, and even a women's health reminder.

Touhidur Rahman Rad, Chief Business Officer of Walton Computers, stated that the smartwatch comes with a 3ATM waterproof rating, making it suitable for use during the monsoon season or in sweaty environments. Additionally, its shockproof casing and dust-resistant features make the smartwatch versatile and ideal for all-round use. Customers can easily install and connect the TICK AMX13 with their smartphones by downloading the "Walton TICK" app from the App Store or Play Store.

Structurally, the smartwatch boasts an aluminum alloy body and a square-shaped dial, accompanied by two interchangeable straps. It features a 1.85-inch HD AMOLED display with a 390x450 resolution. Powered by the robust SF32LB563 chipset and a 350mAh battery, the device can offer a backup of 8 to 10 days on a single charge. The model includes an in-built speaker and microphone, enabling direct Bluetooth calling, along with fast-response voice assistant support and vibration alerts. It also offers 100 sports modes, including four with auto-recognition, and features like a running plan and running course.

The retail price of the TICK AMX13 smartwatch has been set at BDT 4,850.
