Smart Technologies Secures 'Partner of the Year FY24' Award from Cisco

Smart Technologies (BD) Limited has been honored with the prestigious “Partner of the Year FY24” award by American multinational networking technology giant Cisco, recognizing its outstanding contributions as a business partner. The accolade was presented during the Cisco India and SAARC Partner Confluence, held on Thursday, April 10, 2025, in Colombo, Sri Lanka, with prominent partners from across the Asia region in attendance.

The award was received by Md. Ruhul Amin Khan, Senior General Manager and Head of Enterprise Network and Security Solutions Business at Smart Technologies (BD) Limited.

The event was graced by several senior Cisco officials, including Dave West, Senior Vice President and President of Cisco Asia Pacific, Japan and Greater China; Daisy Chittilapilly, President of Cisco India and SAARC; Ashok Shivshankar, Managing Director of Partner and RTM Sales at Cisco India and SAARC; and Kartika Prihadi, Vice President of Cisco’s Partner Sales.

A key focus of the event was Cisco’s emphasis on the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in driving industry innovation, enhanced security, and intelligent solutions across sectors.
