ISPAB Honors Language Martyrs on International Mother Language Day
On the occasion of International Mother Language Day, at the dawn of the day, the Internet Service Providers Association of Bangladesh (ISPAB) paid tribute to the language martyrs by laying a wreath at the Central Shaheed Minar in Dhaka. After the wreath laying, they stood in solemn silence to express deep respect for all the language martyrs of the 1952 Language Movement and prayed for the peace of their souls.
During the wreath-laying ceremony at the Central Shaheed Minar, ISPAB General Secretary Nazmul Karim Bhuiyan led the ISPAB members, officials, and employees in paying tribute.
In addition, representatives from all of ISPAB’s divisional sub-committees across the country also paid their respects to the language martyrs by laying wreaths at the Shaheed Minars in their respective divisional cities. Representatives from various divisions were present during these events.
The event was filled with the soul-stirring song "আমার ভাইয়ের রক্তে রাঙানো একুশে ফেব্রুয়ারী আমি কি ভুলিতে পারি," as the sound of the anthem resonated through the Shaheed Minar premises.
