Servicing24 Client, a technology-driven service provider, has launched an app-based platform offering year-round support for hardware devices. The company provides Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services covering servers, storage, networking equipment, and other IT devices.

Through this app, customers can generate tickets, access system updates, and monitor and track IT infrastructure in real-time—all from a single platform.

Speaking about the service, Servicing24’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Nasir Firoz said, “To make our services more seamless, we have introduced a complete app-based solution. This ensures that clients no longer face additional hassles. Feedback from clients and users is highly valuable to us for future updates of the app. We hope they will benefit from this solution.”

He further explained that AMC services from Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) companies are usually expensive and come with strict conditions. Service Level Agreements (SLAs), response times, or hardware replacements often fall under limitations. Moreover, sourcing spare parts for older equipment models becomes challenging, which leads to system downtime.

Additionally, in data centers with multiple brands of hardware, OEMs usually restrict support to their own brand, creating coordination problems. Other common issues include higher costs, prolonged downtime, limited coverage (restricted to specific brands or models), lengthy spare part delivery times, delayed on-site support, and a lack of support for End-of-Life (EOL) or End-of-Service-Life (EOSL) products.
