Salesforce Showcases Smart AI Agent to Spur Bangladesh's Business Digitization
U.S.-based cloud software solution provider Salesforce has unveiled its MuleSoft Connect AI Agent in Bangladesh, aiming to accelerate digital transformation in business operations through the integration of artificial intelligence. The company claims its comprehensive platform—which combines integration, end-to-end API management, automation, and AI-driven workflows—will help reduce operational complexity while boosting efficiency and business agility.
Salesforce highlights that MuleSoft’s suite includes the Anypoint Platform for integration and API management, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Composer, and Salesforce Flow. Together, these tools enable enterprises to build and manage AI-powered applications, govern large language model (LLM) APIs securely, and allow AI agents to operate on third-party data.
Speaking at a formal event held in an upscale hotel in Dhaka, Nehal Mehta, Regional Vice President of Salesforce and Country Head of MuleSoft India, introduced the AI-powered solution. The announcement was detailed in a media release distributed on July 30, summarizing an event that took place on July 16.
“Bangladesh is on the brink of a new digital era where artificial intelligence and automation will redefine the future of business,” said Mehta. “As we enter an age defined by multiple agents, integration is no longer optional—it is foundational. Those organizations that prioritize connecting systems and data to build agent-ready platforms will be best positioned to harness the transformative power of AI and achieve long-term business success.”
The event was attended by stakeholders from the business and technology sectors, who were introduced to the transformative capabilities of MuleSoft Connect AI Agent for enterprise application and data integration in a rapidly evolving AI-driven landscape.
