Samsung Slashes Price on Galaxy A56 5G, Adds AI Perks and Extended Warranty

Samsung has announced a price cut of Tk 9,500 on its Galaxy A56 5G smartphone in Bangladesh. Following the discount, the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant is now available for Tk 49,999, while the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage version is priced at Tk 54,999.

According to Samsung Bangladesh, the Galaxy A56 5G comes equipped with premium features and the company’s latest AI technology, setting a “new benchmark for mid-range smartphones in the market.”

To add more value for customers, Samsung is offering its ‘Nevermind’ program, allowing users to replace the screen once within a year by paying a minimal subscription fee. Additionally, a two-year warranty is available for users who want long-term peace of mind, also accessible for a nominal subscription charge.

The smartphone, available in Awesome Light Gray, Graphite, and Olive color variants, features several AI-powered capabilities. These include “Circle to Search,” which allows users to simply circle any object on the screen for an instant search; a “Create Filter” tool for personalizing photos; and an “Object Eraser” that removes unwanted elements from images.

The device also supports intelligent video editing tools for “pro-level” content creation, and AI-powered portrait modes that enhance photo quality, ensuring visually compelling results.

Samsung’s latest offering reflects a push to bring flagship-like features to more accessible price points while enhancing user experience with advanced AI integrations.
