The mobile operator Banglalink’s MyBL Super App has achieved an impressive 4.7 rating on the Google Play Store—currently the highest rating among all telecom apps in Bangladesh.

Regarding this achievement, Banglalink’s Chief Digital Officer (CDO) Golam Kibria said, “Achieving the highest rating on the Google Play Store is not merely a technological success for us; it is a reflection of our customers’ love and trust. Initially launched as a simple self-care app, the MyBL Super App now enables users to perform a wide range of activities—from managing accounts, purchasing preferred packages, and making payments to accessing entertainment content and availing exclusive offers—all within a single, easy-to-use, and user-friendly platform.

To enhance and accelerate customer experience, Banglalink has recently integrated two artificial intelligence (AI)-powered services into the app. The AI-based Customer Support System allows users to instantly resolve issues, file complaints, and track their status. Meanwhile, the AI Customer Care Chatbot provides 24/7 assistance by delivering account information, offers, and solutions to customer queries anytime, anywhere.
