Mozaru Receives First ‘NRB World Excellence Award 2024’ for EdTech Contributions

Mozaru, an online education platform, has been honored with the first-ever "NRB World Excellence Award 2024" for its significant contributions to the EdTech sector through both expatriate and local initiatives. The award ceremony was held during the "NRB World Summit 2024" at the Sheraton Hotel in the capital on Sunday, December 29.

The accolade was presented to Mozaru’s CEO, Alauddin Faruqui Prince, by Md. Jashim Uddin, President of the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) Apex Trade Body, SAARC Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI). The event was also graced by Aziz Ahmad, founder of the US-based EdTech company CodersTrust.

Earlier in the day, the event was inaugurated by Lutfe Siddique, Special Envoy on International Relations to the Chief Adviser. The summit was presided over by NRB World President Md. Shahiduzzaman, with support from the Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA).

After receiving the award, Alauddin Faruqui Prince stated, “This recognition is the result of the relentless effort and dedication of every Mozaru team member. We have always aimed to create an environment where children can learn joyfully while acquiring essential skills for the future. This honor will further motivate us.”

Mozaru is a prominent e-learning platform in Bangladesh focused on fostering children’s intellectual growth. It offers several online courses, including "Abacus Mind Math," "Adarsha Lipi," "Bangla Amar Bhasha," and "Smart English for Kids." Currently, Mozaru serves nearly 52,000 students from 32 countries, supported by a team of 490 teachers and staff. Known for its approach of learning through joy, Mozaru has gained widespread popularity.
