Germany's anti-trust watchdog has launched an investigation against Apple. Germany's Federal Cartel Office (FCO) will look into Apple's "ultimate market impact" in the investigation. The investigation will also look into whether the company is taking advantage of market dominance. A similar investigation is underway in the country against Facebook, Amazon and Google. The agency has launched the investigation after receiving many complaints against the possible competition. Complaints have also been received from organizations related to the advertising and media industry. According to the complaint, Apple has banned users from tracking through iOS 14.5 operating system. An Apple spokesman said: "We look forward to discussing our approach with the FCO and to discuss their concerns openly."
