40 engineers from ISPAB attended a workshop at Huawei Academy
40 engineers from the ISPAB member companies successfully completed a three-day workshop on advanced routing, switching and security from the Huawei Academy in the capital Gulshan.
on Sunday (December 3), while speaking as the chief guest at the closing ceremony of the workshop, the Chairman of BTRC Shyam Sundar Shikder said, we gain knowledge through formal education and professional education in different ways, but the benefit of the workshop or training is a combination of formal education and professional education which is a formal result. The latter helps to be smarter at work and improves work outcomes. He also said that ISPAB will regularly organize such training through which we can become smart quickly and can play a leading role in building a smart Bangladesh.
Internet Service Providers Association of Bangladesh-ISPAB President Md. Imdadul Haque presided over the event. He thanked the trainers and participants for the successful completion of the three (03) day long workshop.
He expressed optimism that the knowledge gained from the training will be successfully applied in their respective workplaces, not only in Dhaka; Huawei Bangladesh's market will expand as well as our engineers will benefit by organizing such training in every division and district outside Dhaka.
Huawei South Asia Vice President Allen Liu, ISPAB Secretary General Nazmul Karim Bhuiyan, Treasurer Md. Asaduzzaman, Director Nasir Uddin and others were also present at the event.
International training experts Md. Samsuzzaman Farid and Md. Mahbub Hasan Pavel were present as moderators in this three-day long workshop.
According to the press release issued by ISPAB, in addition to gaining experience and knowledge through the workshop, the trainees will play a role in the development of the ICT sector and safely deliver information technology services to the marginalized people easily and how to create a network and solve technical problems through this workshop.
The last part of the program concluded with distribution of crests and certificates and photo session amid the presence of the chief guest, special guests, instructors and the participants.
