KUET and Ha-Meem Group Sign MoU for Student Development
An MoU has been signed between the Textile Department of Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (KUET) and Ha-Meem Group to enhance the education, research, and professional development of KUET students in the fields of education, research, and employment.
The agreement was signed during the closing ceremony of the two-day Job Fair ‘JobSpace-2025,’ organized by Spectrum Club at the KUET campus on Wednesday.
Through this MoU, Ha-Meem Group will offer internship opportunities to KUET’s Textile Engineering students. Additionally, Ha-Meem Group and the Textile Engineering Department will collaborate to help graduate students secure employment opportunities. The partnership aims to contribute to the professional development of students in terms of education, research, and career advancement.
The MoU signing ceremony was attended by the Vice-Chancellor of KUET, Professor Dr. Mohammad Masud, Pro-Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. S.K. Shariful Alam, Head of the Textile Engineering Department Professor Dr. Mohammad Abdul Jalil, Assistant Professors A.K.M. Nayebul Hossain and Alberuni Aziz. Representing Ha-Meem Group was HR Manager Umme Afia Akhtar, along with senior officials from both institutions.
